Model: IS215ISBBH1A Gas Turbine Electrical Card
The IS215ISBBH1A model is marked as a standard Mark VI controller, designed as a 6U high, single slot/dual slot, single board computer, typically used to operate turbine application code. This model is located in a VME rack with 21 or 13 slots. When located in the control module, it will communicate with other turbine I/O boards through the VME bus. The typical operating system used on this motherboard is QNX. The QNX system is a multitasking, real-time operating system designed for high reliability and high-speed industrial applications.
An important note about model IS215ISBBH1A is that it is only one of the three controllers used in the Mark VI system. This model can replace other controllers, but usually requires an upgrade to the backplane. This model can replace the ICVB model, but when doing so, the Ethernet cable must be upgraded.
