The XYCOM XVME-661 is a VMEbus PC-compatible processor module designed for industrial control, test and measurement, and embedded computing applications. Developed by Xembedded (formerly XYCOM), this module integrates standard PC hardware with the VMEbus architecture, enabling it to run conventional PC operating systems and software while retaining the multiprocessing capabilities of the VMEbus system.
