Brief Description
The TSXDSY16T2 is a 16-channel discrete output module designed by Schneider Electric for the Modicon Premium PLC platform.
It uses solid-state transistor technology to provide fast and reliable switching control.
Each output is a 24 V DC source-type channel with a maximum output current of 0.5 A, and the total module current must not exceed 7 A. This makes it suitable for driving low-power solenoid valves, indicator lamps, relay coils, and similar loads.
The module integrates a Transil diode for automatic clamping during overvoltage events, protecting both the connected loads and the module itself.
